Oracle Linux: NetworkManager- Leaking Device State In Files In /run/NetworkManager/devices (Doc ID 2806181.1)

Symptoms

NetworkManager does not clear out created network devices ( if ) from /run, normally this should work fine if we have not so many network devices created

but it seems issue gets serious if there are many containers creating vif devices etc. Or like customer product Newrelic which creates them as well.

Hence issue raise after some time in /run and make it 'grow'
