Compute Node upgrade to PCA 2.4.4 fails with 'Failed to DHCP on eth2' (Doc ID 2806475.1)

Symptoms

PCA 2.4.4 upgrade of Compute Node fails with the following error in the pca_upgrader.log and AdminServer.log:

Failed to run: Error: Job failed. Job description: Modify Ethernet Port: eth2 on ovcacn08r1.
error: OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: ovs_ip_config to server: ovcacn08r1 failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: 192.168.32.6. Command: ovs_ip_config,

Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'>:Command: ['/etc/xen/scripts/linuxbridge/ovs-ip-config', 'eth2', 'dynamic'] failed (1): stderr: Failed to DHCP on eth2

Changes

 Ethernet Port eth2 'Addressing' setting on Compute Node has been set to 'Dynamic'.
