Symptoms

On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager 4.3 engine, below lines was logged for corresponding kvmhosts in /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log, almost at same time.

YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss Host [hostname] reports about one of the Active Storage Domains as Problematic.
