Symptoms
A filesystem became unavailable, due to a storage problem.
The logs could show something like:
Even if the device became unavailable, Corosync/Pacemaker did not fence the failed node or try to move the resource to another node.
Changes
Input/output error on a storage device, for example an iSCSI timeout.
