OLVM: Host Is Non-responsive when unable to access the Storage Domain (Doc ID 2815850.1)

Symptoms

The Host is Non-Responsive in OLVM Admin Portal.
The Host is unable to access the Storage Domain due to multipath flapping, this is verifiable in /var/log/messages:

Jan 1 10:40:14 <hostname> multipathd: 36c4447d1003d3fac30d8552300000049: remaining active paths: 2
