[PCA] pca_healthcheck incorrectly reports 'unexpected eth port/bondPort' errors. (Doc ID 2817166.1)

Symptoms

pca_healtcheck shows the following type of errors:

Error: server: ovcacn14r1 has unexpected eth port: eth10B
Error: server: ovcacn14r1 has unexpected eth port: eth8
Error: server: ovcacn14r1 has unexpected eth port: eth8B
Error: unexpected bondPort: bond5 on ovcacn14r1 on server: ovcacn14r1
Error: unexpected bondPort: bond7 on ovcacn14r1 on server: ovcacn14r1

Server: ovcacn09r1 at IP: 192.168.140.10
Error: server: ovcacn09r1 has unexpected eth port: eth10
Error: server: ovcacn09r1 has unexpected eth port: eth10B
Error: server: ovcacn09r1 has unexpected eth port: eth8
Error: server: ovcacn09r1 has unexpected eth port: eth8B

Changes
