Symptoms
On OLVM, Virtual Machine (VM) running with OL7.x above is not booting properly and landed to dracut shell. For more information, please refer to the attached screen shot.
Changes
1. Migration of Virtual Machine (VM) from different Virtualization Platform/Product (e.g. VMware, OVM, etc.) to OLVM.
2. Importing of virtual disk image (e.g. *.vmdk, *.img) from different Virtualization Platform/Product (e.g. VMware, OVM, etc.) to OLVM.
3. Changed of virtual disk policy from "Thin" to "Preallocated" in OLVM.
