[PCA 2.4.4] When Upgrading Management Node, iSCSI Lun Missing from Compute Nodes (Doc ID 2824247.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading Management Node to PCA 2.4.4, most of the upgrading steps have been completed but failed on some post-upgrade task of configuring yum repositories in Compute Nodes.

Further investigation found that Compute Node was hung on an ocfs2 repository due to a ZFS storage Lun got disappeared from Compute Nodes.
