Symptoms

Unable to discover the Oracle VM Server in OVM manager GUI and following error can be seen :

OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: xxxx. Command: get_api_version,
Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: Failed to read server's response: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Certificates do not conform to algorithm constraints
