OLVM: Removing a Direct LUN Does Not Clean Up Host Devices (Doc ID 2833420.1)

Goal

On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager  (OLVM), when deleting a Direct LUN in OLVM Admin Portal, the LUN is not cleanly removed from the Hypervisors.
This is expected and the removal must be performed manually by the system administrator.
