[PCA 2.x] Compute Node Unable Recognize New Assigned FC Luns (Doc ID 2848944.1)

Symptoms

When assigning new FC Luns to PCA, some Compute Nodes recognize them correctly but some Compute Nodes don't, "multipath -ll" could not see new FC Luns. A reboot could fix this but this is not preferred.
