Symptoms

On Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager(OLVM), the KVM host is failing to start the glusterfs volume. Please refer to the details below.


Error messages:

# gluster volume start engine force
volume start: engine: failed: Quorum not met. Volume operation not allowed. 
# gluster volume start data force
volume start: data : failed: Quorum not met. Volume operation not allowed. 
# gluster volume start vmstore force
volume start: vmstore: failed: Quorum not met. Volume operation not allowed.
