OCNE: Kubernetes Module Fails To Install or Upgrade when Using Private Container Registry (Doc ID 2856410.1)

In a fresh installation of OCNE 1.3 or 1.4, the Kubernetes module fails to install using a private container registry.

If the registry is switched to Oracle public container-registry.oracle.com/olcne, it will succeed.

This issue can also occur during an upgrade from OCNE v1.2 to v1.3.

No changes. Installation was done/is being done using private container registry.
