Symptoms
There are two DNS Servers defined in "/etc/resolv.conf" but from the DNS traffic it can be seen that the query is sent to only one server.
An Oracle Linux (OL) system is configured to use multiple Domain Name Servers (DNS) e.g.:
Network traffic inspection identifies that DNS traffic is only ever sent to the first listed name server.
