[PCA 2.x] Upgrade Compute Node Fails During Local Repository Creation (Doc ID 2873391.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade Compute Node fails during state 'initializing_stage_create_local_filesystem' and marks the node as 'dead'.
The ovca.log shows the following entries for Compute Node ovcacn07r1:

 

Changes

The name of the local repository has changed for an unknown reason and is no longer in the format 'ovcacnXXr1-localfsrepo' where XX represents the actual Compute Node number.
