Symptoms
ISCSI disks become unusable when connecting to DBackup which is a backup software supporting iSCSI protocol from SCUTECH(鼎甲). In tcpdump data captured from outage time, below symptom can be observed after disabling TCP SACK,
The iSCSI server simply ignores the large packet NO.117 and only acknowledged till No.116. The iSCSI client tried to retransmit the subsequent packets(NO.117 and NO.118) several times then give up.
Changes
This might be observed after OS upgrade on iSCSI client machine.
