Oracle Linux: DB Processes Stuck in D State with WCHAN as 'kernfs_dop_revalidate' and 'kernfs_iop_permission' (Doc ID 2875976.1)

Symptoms

PS command shows several oracle processes stuck in D state at the time of the issue with the following WCHAN's:
* [kernfs_dop_revalidate]
* [kernfs_iop_permission]
