[PCA 2.4.4] Timezone Configuration Change Could Fail on Cisco Switches (Doc ID 2880973.1)

Symptoms

On X8-2 PCA with 2.4.4 software release, after changing timezone via PCA CLI, the following error could be observed in /var/log/ovca.log on PCA active management node.

[2022-05-30 15:08:13 10455] ERROR (cisco:284) Not Successful in setting new timezone: Configuration failed partially:Clock timezone set:: Timezone name should contain alphabets only
[2022-05-30 15:08:13 10455] DEBUG (connectionpool:383) "POST /api/aaaLogout.json HTTP/1.1" 200 None
[2022-05-30 15:08:13 10455] DEBUG (syncservice:80) Executed task=<timezone.SpineSwitchTimezoneTask object at 0x7ff0XXXXXXXX> ret=False
[2022-05-30 15:08:13 10455] WARNING (syncservice:93) Task failed.  Host 192.168.4.204 marked as error in error DB.  Auto-retry in 300 secs.  WARN THE USER.
 

Changes

Changing timezone setting via PCA dashboard, e.g.
PCA> set system-property timezone Brazil/East
