Symptoms
Curl command executed on Oracle Linux 8 is unable to negotiate with the SFTP share mounted on Windows 2012 Server.

- sftp-server is a Windows 2012 Box
- Normal SFTP command works fine
- The issue is reproduced for Oracle Linux 8 version only
