Symptoms

Fail to start VM, engine log:
2022-07-11 12:25:06,181-10 INFO [org.ovirt.engine.core.vdsbroker.monitoring.VmAnalyzer] (ForkJoinPool-1-worker-1) [] VM 'vm_uuid'(VM_Name) moved from 'WaitForLaunch' --> 'Down'
2022-07-11 12:25:06,237-10 ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.dal.dbbroker.auditloghandling.AuditLogDirector] (ForkJoinPool-1-worker-1) [] EVENT_ID: VM_DOWN_ERROR(119), VM VM_Name is down with error. Exit message: Unable to get volume size for domain <StorageDomainUUID> volume <VolumeID#2>.
