Oracle Linux : vmlinuz & initramfs Files Are Not Generated After Successful Installation of rhck kernel (Doc ID 2883693.1)

Symptoms

When there is missing /etc/machine-id file, even after successful installation of RHCK / UEK kernel, corresponding vmlinuz & initramfs image files are not generated under /boot directory.

This below error can be observed when running grubby command.
