Symptoms

Fail to join a SPARC Server into cluster:
OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: configure_server_for_cluster to server: <SPARC_SERVER_NAME> failed. OVMAPI_4004E Sync command failed on server: <SPARC_SERVER_IP>. Command: configure_server_for_cluster, Server error: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: <type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'>:dlmcli didn't return expected value (0,) CMD: /usr/bin/dlmcli HBPATH <Cluster_UUID> /poolfsmnt/<Cluster_UUID>/hbregion 10 8192 255 CMDRET: 22 CMDOUT: CMDERR: /poolfsmnt/<Cluster_UUID>/hbregion: Permission denied [Mon Jul 25 23:24:58 EAT 2022]
