Oracle VM: "No bootable device found" in VM imported From OLVM

Symptoms
While trying to boot a Virtual Machine, imported from OLVM, the VM fails to boot with the message:
"No bootable device"
There were no errors during the import phase.
Changes
Standard OVA file created by OLVM 4.4.10, but it will also occur with OVA files generated in previous OLVM versions.
