Ubuntu Instance Become Inaccessible With Kernel Panic

Symptoms
Ubuntu instance become inaccessible. Unable to take SSH and applications running on it are not working.
Need to reboot the instance to make it accessible.
Drop caches are scheduled on the instance every minute [ echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches ]
From below log, no OS logs captured for about 7 Minutes and 58 Seconds, until manual reboot done at 11:14:59 IST
