[PCA 2.x] How to Verify ObjectNotFoundException Issue (Doc ID 2896222.1)

Goal

The health check and pre_upgrade check may report ObjectNotFoundException, usually it indicate MySQL database corruption. But not all the scenarios need to reinstall/rebuild the OVM Manager.
