Symptoms

The GRUB boot loader of a Secure Boot-enabled Oracle Linux (OL) system was recently reinstalled.
Upon reboot, the system fails to boot.
The following error is reported to the system console:

The GRUB boot loader, grub2, was recently reinstalled.
