Symptoms
The server has software raid1 for the root file system. When rebooting the server, it goes into dracut prompt.
After executing mdadm --assemble --scan /dev/md0 and mdadm --assemble --scan /dev/md1 at dracut shell following "exit" server comes up.
But upon reboot, it doesn't come up on its own nor it detects the software raid disks.
