OLVM: Customize VDSM Log Rotation (Doc ID 2899732.1)

Purpose

Due to large amount of logs generates, unlike other syslog invokes logrotate daily, vdsm performs logrotate every hour, under cron job configuration (Do NOT edit this file):
/etc/cron.hourly/vdsm-logrotate
