OLVM: Cockpit with OLVM (Doc ID 2901870.1)

Purpose

Cockpit is a web interface to monitor, manage and administer Linux servers.
Note that the ovirt-dashboard is not alternative nor replacement of oVirt engine web management console, we are mostly using the monitor feature of cockpit in addtion to OLVM admin web console.

The cockpit is available in both Oracle Linux 7 and 8, OLVM 4.3 and 4.4 respectively. We are using Oracle Linux 8 in this sample.
