A Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (RHEL8) system is in the midst of migration to Oracle Linux 8 (OL8).

Some, though not all packages e.g. sos, have been updated to the newer OL8-supplied versions.

Attempting to run the OL8-updated sos report command fails as follows:
