[PCA 2.4.x] Upgrading Management Nodes Fails due to Extra iSCSI Luns (Doc ID 2904977.1)

Symptoms

Upgrading Management Nodes from PCA 2.4.3 to 2.4.4 failed, per pca_upgrader log, the Management Node has been reinstalled(provisioned) to Oracle Linux 7 successfully.
