Symptoms
ObjectNotFoundException in AdminServer.log or found during a health check or pre upgrade checks.
Error seen in ovca.log "Backup task: skipping backup- inconsistencies have been detected in the database com.oracle.odf.exception.ObjectNotFoundException: No such object (level 1), cluster is null"
Upgrade Checks fail with: [ONF Check] FAILED: The check failed on the following management nodes: ['ovcamnXXr1']. "ObjectNotFoundException" is found in /u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/domains/ovm_domain/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log*"
