Changes

 
OVM Manager 3.4.7.244 managed SPARC server pool was at Solaris 11.4.44.

(1) Live migrated all guests from server A to server B.
(2) Updated Server A to Solaris 11.4.48 successfully. Verified ovs-agent working correctly (pycurl-27 dependency resolved with "legacy" software redistribution.)
(3) Live migrated all guests from Server B to Server A - SUCCESSFULLY!
(4) Updated Server B to Solaris 11.4.48 successfully. Verified ovs-agent working correctly .
(5) All "live-migrates" now fail with the above error.

Guests can be powered off and "cold" migrated, then powered on - but cannot be migrated back to the other server live - even after restarting them.

We reverted one server back  to Solaris 11.4.44 to see if that would allow "live-migrates" The error still occurs but changed slightly.

We reverted  both servers to Solaris 11.4.44 - we had to power off all guests to do that. After bringing all the guest back up - live-migrate works in both directions as it always did.

We have performed the above scenario twice
