Oracle Linux: Ovirt Collection Not Available After Olam Upgrade To 2.0 (Doc ID 2914678.1)

Symptoms

After updating OLAM 1.0 to OLAM Version 2.0 the collection ovirt.ovirt is no longer available.

OLAM web gui. Installing the ovirt.ovirt for use with cli works fine (ansible-galaxy collection install ovirt.ovirt) but does not make the collection available within the web gui.

How to make the ovirt.ovirt collection (and maybe others) available via the web gui (olam-ee container)?

 Upgraded olam from 1.0 to 2.0
