Oracle Linux: Local HDDs Are Appearing Twice On Linux Server (Doc ID 2915362.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 7.9 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.4.17] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

Local disks are appearing twice on the server.

Example HDD with serial number 4250XXX appears on server as /dev/sdtXX and /dev/sdhXX.

Also HDD with serial number 4250YYY appears on server as /dev/sdiXX and /dev/sdqXX.

Changes

 Added new HDD on Oracle Linux.
