OLVM Manager Failure After Dnf Update (Doc ID 2916695.1)

This configuration has grafana server on a different host than the current OLVM engine and only changes the password on the OLVM engine. If the OLVM engine and the grafana server are on the same host(default configuration), use Doc ID 2915782.1

Symptoms

After patching the server when running the command engine-setup I get the error
