Server switched from CentOS 8.x to OL 8.x using centos2ol.sh (from Oracle github) failing to boot post conversion.

Prior to reboot, the EFI boot manager doesn't show boot entry for Oracle Linux.

Also no EFI files created under under /boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.cfg

Post reboot, the server drops to grub prompt.
