OCNE Upgrade: The module update command failed because of a timeout connection to the control plane (Doc ID 2922356.1)

Symptoms

While upgrading OCNE to the latest version, upgrade failed on master node (control plane) throwing following errors,

The module update command failed because of a timeout connection to <master node (control plane)>.

CRI-O and Kubelet was not able to start on master node (control plane) where upgrade got failed.

CRI-O cannot start because in /etc/crio/crio.conf the conmon = "/usr/libexec/crio/conmon" which is pointing to a file that do not exist.

ls /usr/libexec/crio/conmon
ls: cannot access '/usr/libexec/crio/conmon': No such file or directory

Changes

 Upgrade OCNE to the latest version.
