OLVM: In Admin Portal - Disk Upload Test Connection Fails (Doc ID 2923547.1)

In the OLVM Admin Portal > Storage > Disks > Upload > Test Connection fails with the following error:

Connection to ovirt-imageio service has failed. Ensure that ovirt-engine certificate is registered as a valid CA in the browser.

In a new deployment, when the CA certificate was already imported correctly into the system.
