OLVM: The hosted-engine wont start after the update (Doc ID 2925970.1)

Symptoms

After updating Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM), the hosted-engine is unable to start and displays the following error messages:

 /var/log/ovirt-engine/engine.log:
