Oracle Linux: Hyper-V Azure VM grubby --set-default doesn't work in BIOS mode with BIOS+UEFI image (Doc ID 2927698.1)

Symptoms

Virtual Machine which is created with image support both BIOS+UEFI in Hyper-V/Azure and start a VM from BIOS

Get the current kernel version using command

After change default kernel through grubby, the boot kernel is not changed to 5.4.17-2136.315.5.el8uek.x86_64 and still showing old kernel 5.4.17-2136.314.6.3.el8uek.x86_64.debug
