Unable to migrate VMs to a different host in the same KVM cluster.

When attempting to select the host to migrate the VM via:

OLVM GUI >> Virtual Machines >> Select the Virtual Machine >> Migrate >> we observe: "No available hosts to migrate the VMs to"

No changes were made.
