Symptoms

The scl-utils-2.0.2-15.el8.x86_64.rpm package provides a script called scl-init.sh which still references modulepath located at /usr/share/Modules/init/.modulespath, that was previously provided by the environment-modules RPM, that is environment-modules-4.1.4-1.el8.x86_64 and earlier.

Whereas, in the latest available RPM version environment-modules-4.5.2-1.el8.x86_64 the modulepath location is different. The new modulepath is at /etc/environment-modules/modulespath

Modulepath location provided by new version of environment-modules package.
