Oracle Linux Manager GUI misreports that clients have updates to modular packages available (Doc ID 2936729.1)

Symptoms

Even after complete dnf/yum update on OL8 system, OLM Web UI shows packages pending for update. The packages are related to different version perl which are not installed in the system.

For example: System have Perl version 5.26, the OLM web UI shows updates pending for perl 5.24, 5.30,5.32. The same issue with ULN Portal as well.
