Goal

By default "scan_lvs = 0" in lvm2-2.02 and lvm2-2.03 prevents PVs created on oVirt raw Virtual Disk LVs to be scanned by KVM host.
However due to limitation, there is no single argument/parameter to prevent KVM host use or scan LVM layout inside a direct LUN. It requires manual configuration.
