Oracle Linux : LVM commands returns Warning "File descriptor leaked on pvs invocation" (Doc ID 2948234.1)

Symptoms

 LVM commands executed on an Oracle Linux 7 server generates a warning as given below along with the command output.

 

Changes

 The data has been moved from one disk to another via pvmove command and it was successfully migrated after which any LVM command returns above entry along with the command output.
