Goal

To make oracleasm.service starting after multipathd.service. The starting of storage during system reboot may not be completed after oracleasm service and so "oracleasm listdisks" may not list all the md multipathing devices. "oracelasm scandisks" needs to be executed to rescan those ASM monitored multipathing devices.

Please check KM "How to Convert ASMLib Disks from SD Devices to Multipath Devices (Doc ID 1458768.1)" if ASM driver needs to be configured to monitor md instead of sd devices. This makes multipathing working for ASM layer
