OLVM: KVM Host Reboots when Windows VM Starts (Doc ID 2955579.1)

Linux OS - Version Oracle Linux 8.7 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel [5.15.0] and later
Linux x86-64

Symptoms

 The KVM host reboots by kernel panic (crash) as soon as Windows VM starts.  Below is the sample of vmcore from the KVM host:

This issue occurs only when Windows VM is starting, but not Linux VM.  

Changes

The KVM host is Oracle Linux 8.7 or later, and recently updated the kernel (UEK7) to 5.15.0-101.103.2.1.el8uek.
