Symptoms
The postgresql service fails to start post reboot when <IP address or hostname> defined to listen inside /var/lib/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf defined with below errors:
The issue is not reported when the listen_addresses is set to localhost inside /var/lib/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf .
The postgresql service start/restart works fine once the system is up.
