Symptoms
spacewalk-repo-sync fails with the below error for all the subscribed ULN channels.
In this instance spacewalk-repo-sync is working for all the yum channels, It's only failing with ULN channels post changing the ULN credentials.

New ULN credentials were updated in this file /etc/rhn/spacewalk-repo-sync/uln.conf
